ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Manager, Integrated Marketing & Communications, you will lead the development and execution of integrated communications programmes across PR, digital, social, content, and influencer/KOL engagement for a diverse client portfolio spanning consumer brands, Singapore government/public-sector organisations, and corporate/technology companies.
You will serve as the day-to-day client lead, providing strategic counsel, ensuring strong delivery, and managing campaigns that are creative, effective, and commercially sound. This role requires strong familiarity with the Singapore media, social, and influencer landscape, combined with the ability to support integrated and regional communications programmes.
This role is also expected to contribute to account growth and revenue expansion by identifying opportunities within existing clients and supporting new business initiatives, including pitches and proposal development. The ideal candidate has demonstrated contributions to revenue growth through account expansion, pitch participation, and proposal development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Account & Client Leadership
Lead the management of a diverse client portfolio across consumer (B2C) brands, Singapore government/public-sector clients, and corporate/technology organisations.
Serve as the primary client contact for assigned accounts, building trusted and long-term relationships.
Lead internal and client WIP meetings, ensuring accountability and strong follow-through.
Oversee account delivery, timelines, budgets, and profitability in consultation with senior leadership.
Identify risks, scope changes, or reputation issues and escalate appropriately.
Maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
Strategy & Integrated Campaign Delivery
Provide strategic communications counsel across PR, digital, social, influencer, and owned channels.
Develop integrated campaign strategies supported by audience insights, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.
Shape narratives, messaging frameworks, and campaign storytelling across platforms.
Support regional campaign delivery and collaborate with cross-market teams where required.
Support client growth by identifying opportunities to expand integrated communications scope.
Content, Media & Influencer Excellence
Oversee the development of high-quality content including press materials, messaging frameworks, thought leadership pieces, social and digital content, and influencer campaign content.
Lead earned media engagement strategies, including building journalist relationships, developing media angles, pitching story opportunities, and securing editorial coverage across relevant publications.
Manage influencer/KOL programmes including influencer identification and selection, briefing and coordination, content review and approvals, and performance tracking and reporting.
Ensure communications comply with brand, regulatory, and government communication guidelines where applicable.
Business Development & Revenue Growth
Support revenue growth by identifying organic growth opportunities within existing client accounts as well as new BD opportunities.
Contribute to new business development efforts, including pitch research, proposal preparation, and presentation support.
Demonstrate commercial awareness by supporting account profitability, scoping accuracy, and resource planning.
Stay informed on industry trends and proactively identify opportunities aligned to client needs.
Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Mentor and guide junior team members to maintain quality and professional development.
Work closely with creative, digital, strategy, and regional teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Brief and coordinate third-party vendors including production partners, influencers, and event agencies.
Comfortable working in a matrix environment.
6. AI Fluency & Digital Agility
Use AI tools responsibly to support research, ideation, content development, and workflow efficiency while maintaining originality and strategic quality.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have
Minimum 7 years of PR experience with integrated communications experience, ideally within an agency or consultancy environment.
Minimum 2 years of experience supporting Singapore government or public-sector communications clients.
Strong understanding of the Singapore media, social, and influencer/KOL landscape.
Proven experience leading integrated communications campaigns across PR, social, digital, and influencer channels.
Experience managing both consumer and corporate/technology communications programmes.
Demonstrated contributions to revenue growth, including supporting pitches, proposal development, or client expansion initiatives.
Experience working on campaigns with regional or multi-market exposure.
Strong client servicing and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Strong organisational and project management abilities.
Currently based in Singapore.
Preferred
Experience working on corporate reputation or thought leadership campaigns.
Experience working with government-linked or regulated industries.
Familiarity with analytics, social listening, or reporting platforms.
Additional Southeast Asian market experience.
