Are you a proven top performer ready to lead and inspire an elite team of sales professionals to new levels of success? Does the idea of working in a fast-paced, high activity, competitive, but fun environment appeal to you? The Inside Sales Manager will provide strategic guidance, train, and motivate a team of 7 telesales professionals in order to ensure they meet and exceed set goals.
What you'll be doing:
- Recruit, hire, train, motivate, coach and retain inside sales staff
- Use metrics to regularly monitor activity and performance against goals
- Refine and update the CARFAX Shop Loyalty Program value proposition and pitch as needed for continued success
- Work closely with operations and analytics to provide forward and rear views on the business
- Monitor and refine sales lead processes and metrics
- Work directly with large Aftermarket Groups to present the Shop Loyalty Program value proposition
- Partner with CARFAX Marketing and Partner Development staff to improve audience and performance
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years sales experience including at least 2 years as a sales leader
- Understanding of email marketing programs, how to implement them and how to track and relate success
- Demonstrated success setting and achieving measurable goals in a high performing sales environment
- Excellent working knowledge of inbound/outbound tele-prospecting methodologies and the ability to coach to them
- Proven consistent achievement of goals through the leadership and motivation of a team
- Experience hiring, developing and retaining talent
- Excellent communication and influence skills and the ability to build cross-functional relationships
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated and committed work ethic
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and proficient Salesforce.com skills
- In-office minimum 4 days per week
