We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Inside Sales to build, lead and scale our APAC inside sales team focused on acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts. This role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth across the APAC region by building, training, and mentoring a team of quota-carrying inside sales representatives. This is a leadership role with responsibility for the attainment of the entire team's quota.
The successful candidate will be a data-driven leader with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams and coaching them to exceed sales targets. They will be comfortable working cross-functionally and possess a deep understanding of the inside sales process. The inside sales team will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals. Experience selling technical solutions, preferably in the cloud, data infrastructure, or SaaS space, is highly desired. This role reports to the Director of Sales for the region
