TLDR

Lead innovative improvement projects for ESH systems, utilizing project management methodologies to optimize compliance and operational excellence globally.

1. Innovation & Strategy

  • Develop and implement forward-looking concepts that transform ESH processes and systems into agile, efficient, and digital solutions.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement through data analysis, benchmarking, and trend monitoring.
  • Act as a thought leader by introducing best practices and innovative methodologies that strengthen compliance and operational excellence globally.

2. System Administration & Development

  • Take ownership of the global ESH Management System: ensure stability, compliance, and continuous optimization.
  • Drive digitalization initiatives, including automation of workflows, integration of advanced analytics, and deployment of user-friendly tools.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure systems meet evolving operational requirements.

3. Project Leadership

  • Lead improvement projects from concept to successful implementation, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and ESH objectives.
  • Manage cross-functional teams across regions, balancing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Apply structured project management methodologies to deliver measurable results and sustainable improvements.

4. Global Business Area Support

  • Act as a trusted advisor for all business areas worldwide, providing tailored solutions and expert guidance on ESH-related challenges.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and harmonization of processes across regions to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Serve as the go-to contact for improvement initiatives, fostering collaboration and alignment between headquarters and local teams.
  • Academic degree in informatics, data science, software engineering, business informatics or comparable.
  • Professional experiences of minimum 3 years in a leading/management position.
  • Profound experiences of minimum 2 years in ESH (or comparable), preferably in rubber production or comparable industries.
  • Professional experiences in management of innovations, and projects are preferred.
  • Professional international management experiences is a plus.
