Pinterest is hiring a Manager I, Revenue Operations to support our small Credit team, this role will report to our Director/ Head of Credit and Collections. This manager will act as a multi-faceted key player in building customer, sales and cross-functional relationships to grow our team & processes to support Revenue Growth. Another major focus will include but not be limited to effective Credit Administration and Evaluation of Pinterest invoiced active customers as well as assurance of compliance audits for external/internal partners. 

 

What you’ll do:

We are looking to hire an experienced credit manager to oversee our company’s credit administration. 

As a Manager I, Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for 

  • Credit line administration ~ Evaluating the credit lines of current and potential new customers, 
  • Administration and improvements of credit scoring models, 
  • Leveraging Credit lines to optimize Revenue, while reducing exposure and bad debt. 
  • Customer skills in moving customers to Cash in Advance or credit card from open terms as needed.
  • Collaborate with Cross functional partners to improve existing operations and improve future process
  • Training for Sales team to support their proficiency / expectations on our credit approach as needed.
  • Manage the Credit Queues, ensure optimized resourcing to deliver on Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
  • Conduct in-person meetings with key agencies to deepen partnership and improve processes
  • Negotiating payment terms,
  • Updating the company’s credit policy.
  • Update Credit Playbooks/documentation pages and continue to identify areas of improvement
  • Work with engineering team on system enhancements, bugs, and projects
  • Own Audit & SOX control preparations for Credit team, ensuring compliant reviews
  • Credit Leadership for small team
  • Maintain & Develop operational and process flowcharts
  • Collections of small portfolio as needed for B2B customers.
  • QBR’s & Preparation of  reporting on key KPIs, SLA's and risk assessments for monthly and quarterly Snr Finance Meetings
  • Liaise w/collections teams, leadership and sales teams on best approach(es) to problem accounts and resolution

 

What we’re looking for:

  •  PinFlex estimated in-office frequency (e.g. Our PinFlex future of work philosophy requires this role to visit a Pinterest office for collaboration approximately 1x per quarter). For employees not located within a commutable distance from this in-office touchpoint, Pinterest will cover T&E. Learn more about PinFlex here.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience of Credit Management experience.
  • Experience with credit analysis and key financial ratios. 
  • Experience with media and advertising agencies
  • Excellent analytical skills & Detail orientated.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Oracle, Excel
  • Effective communication skills and positive approach to workplace
  • Strong organizational skills and diligence
  • Ability to operate and address stressful situations effectively.
