Your role on the Retail Training team is key to our organization’s growth and business maturity goals through supporting with training, our people to unleash their potential and build a high-performance culture.
If you were in the Manager, Functional Development – Supply Chain & Merchandising role now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
Partnering with Supply Chain and Merchandising leaders to identify capability gaps and development priorities
Adapting and delivering global capability frameworks into targeted training programs for operational and merchandising excellence
Building and managing learning solutions that strengthen analytical, operational, and market-facing skills
Coordinating with external vendors, facilitators, and SMEs to execute functional learning programs
Tracking and measuring program effectiveness, providing clear reporting to leaders
Supporting leaders in embedding functional development into team practices and performance goals
Acting as a bridge between the global Functional Development team and Supply Chain & Merchandising functions

You are skilled at program design and delivery, with experience in supply chain, merchandising, or operational contexts
