Take the step towards your journey with us and join us as a Manager for Public Digital Advisory in Lithuania. You will:

Identify gaps and develop recommendations on how to fill existing gaps with digital products;

Create concepts (backlog) of how the desired functionality of the information system should work;

Independently identify opportunities and develop a pipeline of local and international projects;

Lead the team and effectively coach juniors;

Clearly define goals for the project(s), manage resources and time;

Lead discussions and brainstorming sessions, take ownership of meetings with clients;

Create valid methods for analysis.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, business administration, finance, or a related field;

Experience in project and team management3-5 years of experience in analytics, market research, management consulting or a related field;

Experience identifying and optimizing processes;

Excellent communication skills, ability to build relationships with clients and resolve difficult situations;

Advanced knowledge of English and Lithuanian language (verbal and written).
