  • Identify gaps and develop recommendations on how to fill existing gaps with digital products;
  • Create concepts (backlog) of how the desired functionality of the information system should work;
  • Independently identify opportunities and develop a pipeline of local and international projects;
  • Lead the team and effectively coach juniors;
  • Clearly define goals for the project(s), manage resources and time;
  • Lead discussions and brainstorming sessions, take ownership of meetings with clients;
  • Create valid methods for analysis.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, business administration, finance, or a related field;
  • Experience in project and team management3-5 years of experience in analytics, market research, management consulting or a related field;
  • Experience identifying and optimizing processes;
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to build relationships with clients and resolve difficult situations;
  • Advanced knowledge of English and Lithuanian language (verbal and written).
