  • Assist sales team members with proper lead capturing best practices

  • Collaborate with Marketing channels on pre- and post-event campaigns tied to industry events

Ncontracts-Produced Events Support

  • Support the Events team with fulfillment of Ngage (Annual User Conference) and other Ncontracts-produced events

  • Participate in the Ngage logistics committee; other committees may be assigned as needed

Operational Excellence

  • Support Director with annual calendar planning and ongoing event budget management and reconciliation

  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure program goals and KPIs are achieved

  • Communicate program logistics to key stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination

  • Manage pre-con trainings with cross-departmental colleagues to review onsite expectations

  • Remain available during events (including nights and weekends) for any onsite troubleshooting needs

  • Alert manager about risks and deviations to plan and make recommendations for corrective action

  • Oversee event marketing software selection, maintenance, and ongoing continuous improvement (project management platforms, event technology such as iCapture, Cvent, HubSpot, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Confident managing multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize projects in a fast-changing environment while still meeting deadlines

  • Dynamic self-starter who takes initiative and is highly reliable

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; polished and professional when dealing with association contacts, vendors, colleagues, and executive management

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret proposal requirements, contracts, or other legal documents
