About the Role We are looking for a results-driven individual for Digital Advertising & Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have up to 8 years of experience in digital advertising and sales, with a strong track record of managing large advertisers and driving revenue growth. This role requires strategic thinking, strong analytical capabilities, and communication skills to manage client relationships and internal stakeholders effectively.   Key Responsibilities Drive digital advertising revenue by managing and growing relationships with large advertisers and key accounts. Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives. Lead end-to-end campaign management from pitch to execution and optimization. Analyze campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and deliver actionable insights to clients and leadership. Utilize data analytics to optimize media performance, ROI, and overall client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams (ad operations, marketing, analytics, product) to ensure seamless execution. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. Manage forecasting, pipeline tracking, and revenue reporting.   Required Qualifications & Skills 5–8 years of experience in digital advertising and sales. Proven experience managing large advertisers and high-value accounts. Strong understanding of digital media channels (Display, Programmatic, Search, Social, Video, etc.). Advanced proficiency in reporting tools, data analytics, and performance measurement. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Ability to interpret data and translate insights into business strategies. Experience with CRM and campaign management tools is a plus.   Skills & Attributes for success Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen. Data-driven decision maker.
