Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additionally, these ranges reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefit

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship (for example, employment-based visas such as H-1B, F-1/OPT, or similar), and must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on their first day of employment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end engagement survey lifecycle, including design partnership, launch, analysis, executive readouts, and coordinated action planning across the company
  • Represent employee experience perspectives in company-wide planning, operating rhythms, and People Team prioritization
  • Provide day-to-day leadership, prioritization, and coaching to a Talent & OD Specialist, ensuring strong delivery of employee experience programs.

Culture, Recognition, and Manager-Facing Experience Tools:

  • Design and launch a manager-ready culture and communication playbook that equips managers with clear guidance and templates for team rituals, recognition and celebrations, employee lifecycle communications, and applicable budgets or protocols
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to shape and support employee lifecycle experiences, including employee-led groups, new hire events, and other moments that foster connection and community
  • Strengthen and evolve recognition practices using existing tools (e.g., Lattice Shoutouts), increasing visibility and consistency across teams

Employer Brand & EVP Activation:

  • Clarify, articulate, and activate Addepar’s employee value proposition, grounded in the lived employee experience
  • Translate engagement insights, culture programs, and employee stories into consistent employer brand messaging that aligns internal employee experience with recruiting, onboarding, and broader People communications

People Insights & Measurement:

  • Own employee experience metrics and reporting, including engagement trends, recognition usage, and lifecycle sentiment
  • Partner with the broader People Team to contribute to a single source of truth for People insights
  • Support external reporting readiness related to employee experience (e.g., employer brand submissions, awards, executive reporting)

Who You Are

  • 6+ years of experience in employee experience, people programs, HR program management, or related roles
  • Proven ownership of company-wide programs with cross-functional complexity
  • Strong program management and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience partnering across People functions (TA, Comp, Learning, Workplace)
  • Experience managing, mentoring, or coaching others, with the ability to support the growth and development of a direct report.
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and building structure where none exists
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
