Lead operations in broking and depository participant activities while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and coordinating with multiple stakeholders for operational efficiency.
Your Role
Lead and manage overall functioning of business operations about Broking & Depository Participant (DP) operations
Manage processes such as CKYC, CVL KRA, Demat Account Opening, UCC creation and assist with Demat account opening queries
Manage depository operations processes such as creation of pledges, remat/demat/transmission etc.
Coordinate closely with internal and external teams including KYC agencies, Exchanges, Clearing Corporations, and regulators for timely query resolution
Maintain strict compliance with SEBI, NSE , BSE, NSDL regulations and assist in periodic audits
Qualifiers
7+ years experience in stock broking & DP operations
