Your Role
Owning and tracking full-funnel acquisition metrics across channels from impressions to activation and using data to draw insights and derive learnings
Designing and running structured experiments, planning budget across channels, campaigns, creatives, audiences, bidding, and onboarding flows, with clear hypotheses, success criteria, and root-cause diagnosis
Acting as the single-threaded owner for digital acquisition outcomes, taking end-to-end responsibility of key channels (Meta/Google/others) beyond campaign execution, including coordination with product, tech, analytics, and partners
Proactively identifying performance gaps and drive resolution, demonstrating resilience through multiple iterations rather than escalating, deflecting, or chasing quick wins
Continuously optimising campaigns and funnels with a long-term, efficiency-first mindset, prioritising user quality and downstream metrics over vanity indicators
Building deep user and market understanding through research, customer feedback, and competitor analysis to inform acquisition strategy and messaging
Communicating transparently and collaborating cross-functionally, sharing insights and learnings openly to align teams and influencing decisions with data and clarity
Qualifiers
3-6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with 2-3 years in fintech / broking space running Google/Meta ads and other channels end-to-end
Comfort working with Appsflyer / Firebase / GA4 / similar tools
