About This Role:

Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manager, Digital Channel Execution to serve as the singular business owner for all digital channel executions across our brands. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring flawless operational delivery, data integrity, and cross-functional alignment across Marketing, IT, Legal, Compliance, and vendor partners, maximizing the value of the DCC Engine and ensuring our digital ecosystem operates at the highest standard of quality. This is a high-visibility role within Axsome’s rapidly evolving Digital Centric Commercialization (DCC) function. 

This role is based at Axsome’s HQ in New York City with an on-site requirement of at least three days per week. We are unable to consider candidates who are looking for fully remote roles. 

Job Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Business Ownership of Digital Execution: Serve as the primary point of contact for all digital executions flowing through IT and third-party vendors, ensuring business requirements are clearly defined, timelines are realistic, and deliverables align with Axsome’s commercial portfolio priorities
  • Quality Assurance and Data Integrity: Maintain rigorous quality control across all digital executions including CRM automations, email deployments, web form builds, tagging, and 3P integrations, ensuring accurate downstream use of data in Axsome’s DCC Engine
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with IT, Marketing Ops, Brand teams, and Patient Services to proactively surface dependencies, mitigate risks, and uphold consistent execution standards across omnichannel programs
  • Governance and Process Optimization: Develop, document, and continuously improve execution workflows and QA protocols, serving as the operational bridge between business strategy and technical delivery
  • Technical Business Requirements: Collaborate with IT to validate data pipelines to ensure that business requirements are reflected in backend development
  • Digital Media Execution: Support the ongoing transition to in-house HCP digital media management through direct vendor relationships, driving cost savings, faster execution, and tighter data oversight

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in; Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing operations, CRM execution, or marketing technology, ideally within pharma or healthcare
  • Ability to work on site Monday, Tuesday & Thursday. We are unable to consider candidates who are looking for fully remote roles.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills

  • Proven experience managing digital workflows end-to-end with strong attention to detail and process discipline
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms (i.e. SFMC), tagging strategies (GA4), and campaign QA methodologies
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Problem-solving and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret, troubleshoot, and escalate data quality issues effectively

Salary and Benefits:

The anticipated salary range for this role is $115,000 - $130,000. We encourage candidates of all levels to apply as there may be flexibility on final job title and responsibilities. The salary offer will be based on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, internal equity and location. Axsome offers a competitive employment package that includes an annual bonus, significant equity and a generous benefits package.
