Endpoint is headquartered in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina with offices across the United States, Europe, and Asia.  Position Overview: The Director, Data Solutions is responsible for leading the data strategy and solutions for the organization. This role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and management of data solutions that drive business growth and innovation. The Director, Data Solutions will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility. The role is available at our offices in Hyderabad and Bangalore.   Responsibilities:

·        Develop and execute the data strategy in alignment with the organization's goals.

·        Lead the design, development, and deployment of data solutions and architectures.

·        Oversee data governance and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

·        Collaborate with business leaders to identify data needs and opportunities for leveraging data to drive business outcomes.

·        Manage and mentor a team of data professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development.

·        Ensure the integrity, security, and accessibility of data across the organization.

·        Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in data solutions.

·        Develop and maintain data policies and procedures to ensure data quality and consistency.

·        Work with IT and other departments to integrate data solutions with existing systems and processes.

·        Monitor and analyze data performance and usage to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

·        Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on data initiatives and progress.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and/or appropriate experience.

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience designing, building or implementing data-based solutions for the Life Sciences industry

At least 3 years of experience in life sciences industry

Skills:

Experience with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence applications in data solutions.

Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Certification in data management or related fields and technologies in data solutions, such as AI and machine learning.

Proven experience in a leadership role within data solutions, data management, or data architecture.

Strong understanding of data governance, data security, and regulatory compliance.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience with data warehousing, data lakes, and big data technologies.

Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data analytics platforms.

Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence applications in data solutions.

Certification in data management or related fields is a plus.

This role will require occasional travel to various office locations around the world.
