The Manager, Data Analytics & Insights will sit within the Learning & Impact (L&I) team and play a critical enabling role across Rippleworks. This role exists to strengthen organizational learning, improve data quality and governance, and translate complex, cross-organizational data into actionable insights that inform strategy, program design, and decision-making.
This role is both hands-on and cross-functional, requiring deep analytical execution as well as building organizational data fluency and capability.
Requirements
Core Data & Analytics
- Own and continuously improve data governance, data audits, and data quality assurance across Rippleworks systems
- Identify and design solutions for organizational data needs
- Develop dashboards, analyses, and insights for leadership and functional teams on Salesforce, google suite, etc. to support cross-functional decision-making.
- Lead data migration efforts and maintain data integrity across Salesforce and integrated tools
- Support different teams with data collection, analysis, and qualitative synthesis (e.g., interviews, focus groups) as needed
- Respond to emerging analytical needs across the organization
Project Management and Collaboration
- Lead coordination and implementation of Rippleworks’ impact framework across teams
- Review analytical outputs for rigor, consistency, and quality
- Lead internal and external research projects; own the creation and dissemination of outputs
Organizational Capacity Building
- Build data literacy and analytical capability by coaching and training teammates on data use and interpretation

Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in data analytics ensuring strong data governance and integrity, translating organizational data needs into solutions, and delivering high-quality dashboards and analyses
- Experience in Salesforce data architecture and analytics, including data governance, migrations, integrations, and the development of reliable reports and dashboards to support organizational decision-making
- Strong analytics tooling experience (e.g., Stata, Atlas DI, Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience working cross-functionally in a mission-driven or complex organization
- Experience working in/for the African context is highly desirable

- Competitive Compensation & Benefits: Earn a salary of $165,000 with robust benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) + employer match, holidays, flexible PTO, wellness, and remote-work stipends. While Rippleworks has one global salary structure, the salary listed here reflects employees on US payroll. To keep total rewards equitable across countries, salaries may be adjusted if hiring in a country where employer-paid compulsory benefits are significantly more robust and costly than in the US.
