Manager (Data Analyst)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Make OYO a data driven organization by creating platforms to better access, interpret and use data in driving day-to-day decisions and business functioning
Provide analysis support on project, new initiatives and strategic decisions. Collaborate with business, product and technology teams to implement projects
Develop processes for effective data analysis and reporting
Generate insights for other business and product teams by providing them understandable and actionable reports from data
Hire and manage team of data analysts

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

6+ years of professional experience in analytics field
Degree in engineering, statistics, mathematics, computer science or other quantitative areas
Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Should have deep knowledge of SQL to extract and transform data into meaningful analyses and reports
Should have extensive experience in data visualization using tools like Tableau/Qliksense/PowerBI/Superset/Metabase
Should have knowledge of Python/R programming language

GOOD TO HAVE

Should be able to prioritize in fast-moving complex environment and produce solutions despite complex requirements
Understanding of big data technology like, Hive, presto etc.
