TLDR
Lead Firework’s India-based creative team to deliver AI-powered video commerce content, while mentoring a skilled team and translating brand goals into measurable outcomes.
Serve as a senior creative partner to clients, translating brand objectives into AI-driven video commerce experiences that elevate storytelling and drive conversion
Manage projects end to end — planning, creative direction, AI generation, human-in-the-loop review, post-production, delivery, and wrap — with our local and global Creative Services team
Grow regional revenue by joining Sales on calls or meetings and confidently pitching new and expanding Creative Services offerings to prospective clients and existing customers maximizing overall contract value
Lead project meetings (kick-offs, status, internal/client reviews) and communicate clear action steps, timelines, and trade-offs to internal and external stakeholders
Monitor content performance and use data-driven insights — combined with rapid AI iteration — to refine creative, test variants at scale, and continuously improve outcomes
Stay ahead of the rapidly evolving generative AI landscape (new models, tools, and techniques) and bring innovative recommendations to clients and the internal team
Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, balance business needs against technical and AI-tooling constraints, and make confident trade-offs
Partner with global Creative Services, Product, and Engineering teams to shape Firework’s AI content roadmap and bring new capabilities to market
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of creative producers and AI livestream specialists in India — owning hiring, performance management, career development, capacity planning, and team culture
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
7+ years of relevant experience in creative services, content production, or video/digital agency work, including hands-on experience producing AI-generated content (e.g., Sora, Runway, Veo, Pika, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Synthesia, ChatGPT/Claude for creative workflows, or comparable tools)
3+ years of direct people management experience leading creative or production teams (required) — including hiring, performance management, coaching, and capacity planning
Demonstrated track record of shipping AI-augmented or fully AI-generated video, image, or interactive content at brand-safe quality for enterprise clients
Strong fluency in prompt engineering, model evaluation, and integrating AI tools into production pipelines alongside human creative talent
Expert-level client management skills and experience owning relationships with local and global enterprise brands and retailers
Strong creative production knowledge with the ability to give clear, concise direction to internal teams and external partners
Excellent written and verbal English communication; fluency in Hindi or another major Indian language is a plus and must have regional understanding in order to craft compelling scripts to the local audiences
Working knowledge of brand, IP, rights, and emerging AI-content regulatory considerations (e.g., disclosure, likeness/voice consent, training-data provenance)
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation — and rapid adoption of new AI capabilities — is the norm
Experience leading a collaborative, diverse, and proactive team while juggling multiple priorities
Curious, growth-oriented, and eager to learn
Location
This is a remote position. We are looking for candidates based in India and must be able to travel to client locations as needed.
