POSITION SUMMARY
Mirum is seeking a Manager, Contracts and Legal Operations, who will partner with internal stakeholders to draft, redline, review, negotiate and execute clear agreements with external business partners and providers. The types of agreements include a variety of commercial and clinical trial agreements, including software licensing, Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, Manufacturing, Supply, Quality, Consulting Agreements and well as the full suite of Clinical trial agreements (CTAs, QTAs, LOIs and PI acknowledgements). This role will prepare, negotiate, and manage contracts and/or contract activities across multiple functions and domestic and international environments using an internal contract management system. The successful candidate will have significant experience in contracts drafting and negotiations in the pharma industry, as well as experience working in fast-paced, start-up, high growth environments.

The salary range for this position is $148,000 to $160,000 USD. Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to; skill set, years of experience, and the employee’s geographic location. Please note that the required compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits unless otherwise provided.
