We’re looking for a hands-on video and social content producer who lives and breathes digital storytelling. You’ll own the end-to-end video process — from idea, scripting, and storyboarding, to shooting, editing, post-production and publishing across global social and digital channels. You’ll collaborate closely with various business partner teams to make sure every piece of content finds the right audience, in the right format, at the right time.


What you’ll do

  • Own the end-to-end video production workflow: concepting, scripting, storyboarding, shooting, lighting, sound, editing, motion/graphic packaging, and final delivery

  • Produce platform-native content for TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and other channels, adapting format, length, and tone for each audience

  • Partner closely with global marketers, PMMs and creatives to turn business and brand objectives into clear, executable video briefs

  • Manage content calendars and production timelines, ensuring assets are delivered on time and to spec across markets and channels

  • Collaborate with designers to develop on-brand visual systems for video (graphics, lower-thirds, end cards, thumbnails, templates)

  • Experiment with different video formats (short-form, mid-form, long-form, explainers, product demos, customer stories, live/virtual events, etc.) based on goals and channels

  • Stay on top of platform and content trends, and translate relevant opportunities into actionable ideas and testable concepts for the team

  • Act as a producer / project manager: coordinating stakeholders, running reviews, collecting feedback, and ensuring smooth delivery from brief to publish

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in video content production

  • A full-stack video skillset: hands-on experience with shooting, lighting, sound, editing, and post-production (including basic motion/graphics)

  • A strong portfolio showing you can adapt video formats to different platforms and objectives (brand storytelling, product education, demand gen, social engagement, etc.)

  • Solid understanding of social platforms and algorithms (TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram) and how to tailor content for each

  • Comfortable working and communicating in English in a global marketing environment

  • Proactive, curious, and experiment-minded — you like testing new formats, tools, and workflows to keep raising the bar

Recommended tools & experience (nice to have)

  • Video editing & post-production: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, CapCut(or similar)

  • AI tools for video production (for speed and experimentation), e.g.:

    • Script / idea generation and refinement tools

    • AI-driven captioning, subtitling, and translation tools

    • AI tools for cleanup and enhancement (denoising, upscaling, colour correction assistance, auto reframing)

    • AI assistants for asset search, versioning, and workflow optimisation

  • Design & asset creation: Canva, Figma, Illustrator
