You’ll lead the creation and engagement of market-facing communities like The Sense Maker  and Global Counsel Leaders, working closely with senior legal stakeholders. What You’ll Do ✔ Build and manage community programs ✔ Deliver executive workshops using design thinking tools ✔ Manage member engagement and act as a concierge ✔ Liaise with senior legal executives (CLOs, GCs) ✔ Administer online community platforms ✔ Organize research, design documentation, and thought leadership Essential Criteria
  • 2–5 years of experience delivering client-ready deliverables, managing accounts, and creating impactful content.
  • Experience engaging senior executives
  • Strong communication and content creation skills
  • Familiarity with legal tech and AI is a plus
  • Ability to travel and work flexibly
  • Desirable Criteria
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related field
  • Experience working within a professional services environment

    As a member of an ISO Compliant center, the candidate will be required to follow the policies and procedures on Information Security Management System in place at the Center of Excellence and globally at Factor.
