Manager - Commercial Strategy & GTM ,GCS

TLDR

Support the Growth Customer Sales team in executing commercial strategy, driving revenue planning, and coordinating across Product, Marketing, and Content teams.

Job Summary - To support the Growth Customer Sales (GCS) team in translating commercial strategy into execution. To work across strategy, sales operations, and cross-functional execution, helping drive the CBO’s and GCS leadership’s priorities with rigor and discipline. Job Responsibilities
  • Support GTM strategy development and partnership evaluations for growth customers
  • Assist in building business cases and commercial narratives that translate complex data into leadership-ready outputs
  • Support commercial GTM and revenue planning for growth customers across the Sports and Entertainment ecosystemTrack platform monetization performance across digital and linear inventory
  • Monitor revenue pipeline health, identify emerging bottlenecks, and escalate risks proactively
  • Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Content teams to support alignment on pricing, packaging, and monetization initiatives across platforms

  • Preferred Education & Experience
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in consulting, commercial strategy, analytics, or revenue operations roles
  • Exposure to media, tech, or platform businesses preferred
  • MBA from a Tier-1 institution (IIM or equivalent)
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint (Sheets, Slides); working knowledge of SQL/Tableau is a plus
