What you will do:

Operational Leadership & Execution

  • Direct auction operations, including scheduling, asset listing preparation, vendor coordination, and post‑auction transaction management.
  • Monitor market trends to inform pricing strategy, portfolio positioning, and operational planning.
  • Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, providing strategic updates, insights, and recommendations.
  • Prepare and present clear, actionable reports to internal leaders, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Resolve issues proactively and maintain strong, trust‑based client relationships.

WHAT ABOUT YOU? You have…

  • 8-10 years of experience managing high‑volume national real estate portfolios.
  • Extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions, including auction operations.
  • Proven success leading operations in multi‑state or national real estate environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a track record of implementing effective solutions.
  • Expertise in managing client relationships and engaging senior‑level stakeholders.

  • Experience as a Commercial Real Estate Broker for Auction Operatons
