What You’ll Do:

DeepIntent is seeking a Manager, Client Analytics to lead analytics initiatives supporting our key pharmaceutical and agency clients. Reporting to the Director of Client Analytics, you will combine hands-on analytics work with client engagement, requiring you to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality analytics and insights that drive client value and showcase DeepIntent's differentiation in healthcare advertising measurement.This position requires someone who can manage competing priorities, and serve as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and clients.

Client Analytics & Engagement

  • Lead advanced-level analytics work and execution for assigned client accounts
  • Develop high-quality, timely client deliverables that tell compelling data stories
  • Run meetings to discuss KPIs, performance trends, and optimization needs with clients
  • Serve as a consultative and dependable resource and point of contact for client questions
  • Lead client reporting presentations and internal pod meetings
  • Comfortably onboard new brands and clients, discuss methodology, and synthesize complex solutions so agency and manufacturer clients

Measurement Strategy & Outcomes Delivery

  • Own measurement strategy and design for assigned clients, providing business rules and advisement
  • Lead DeepIntent Outcomes(™) setup, activation, documentation, and client walkthroughs
  • Ensure data accuracy and appropriate representation in all deliverables
  • Develop custom reports and reviews aligned to client goals and templates
  • Provide actionable insights that demonstrate DeepIntent's value and drive client success
  • Translate business needs into analysis outcomes with clear recommendations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align with pod leads on client priorities to manage expectations
  • Participate in internal communications and serve as analytics expert in team settings
  • Proactively address issues in process and efficiency, bringing solutions to leadership

Who You Are:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital media, advertising, marketing analytics, or similar field
  • 2+ years experience in health/pharma digital media and measurement
  • Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies (SQL, Python, R) and dashboarding platforms (Tableau, Looker, Data Studio, Power BI)
  • Strong presentation, communication, and consultative skills
  • Live in the NYC/Tri-state area and able to travel for client meetings (approx. 25%)
  • DSP / programmatic advertising experience preferred 

DeepIntent is proud to offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of a base salary range of $120,000- $140,000. The base salary range takes into consideration each candidate's skills, experience and qualifications.
