Job Overview: As the Manager in the CEO Office, you will be responsible for supporting the CEO in managing and executing critical projects. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

- Strategy → Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Strategy → Define scope, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Strategy → Monitor and report progress by identifying and addressing any issues or obstacles.
- Strategy →Support the CEO in driving cross-functional initiatives and projects to support the growth and success of the company
- Collaboration → Facilitate communication and collaboration among different departments and teams to ensure seamless execution of CEO Office -driven projects.
- Collaboration → Serve as a liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders, conveying priorities and expectations effectively.

- Operation → Develop detailed plan, timelines, and budgets for strategic inititatives
- Operation → Oversee execution, tracking milestones, and making necessary adjustments to meet goals.
