Job Summary: The role requires understanding business needs, translating them into functional requirements, and ensuring system solutions align with business processes and objectives. To act as a bridge and liaise between business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, engineering & vendor teams. Ensure seamless Business Operations and Compliance adherence. Would be responsible for both implementing functional & system requirements and managing end-to-end project planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring delivery on time, within scope. This role requires a balance of functional analysis expertise, project execution, Business operations, and strong stakeholder management.
Key responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and use cases
Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA to ensure accurate system implementation
Analyze existing systems and processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
Support system design, configuration, and testing activities
Validate solutions through functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Maintain documentation such as process flows, functional specs, and data mappings
Provide support during system rollout and post-implementation phases
Act as a subject matter expert for assigned applications or systems
Develop detailed project plans and schedules
Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate internal and external resources
Ensure seamless Business Operations and Compliance adherence
Ensure adherence to organizational processes and governance standards
Manage change requests and scope adjustments
Skills and attributes for success:
Strong understanding of SDLC, system integrations, and enterprise applications
Excellent requirements elicitation and documentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, Project Management or similar role
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
Domain knowledge relevant to the business
Experience working in matrixed or cross-functional environments
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities
Preferred education and experience:
Graduation with a technical background and 8–11 years of relevant experience
