A Little About the Role
We are a dynamic and rapidly growing technology company at the forefront of childcare and early education software. As we continue to expand, we’re seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in driving new customer acquisition. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, this role will be responsible for building, coaching, and inspiring a team focused on pipeline generation and lead conversion within the SMB market. The annual cash compensation for this role offers an on-target earnings potential of $150,000 - $175,000/year (base + variable commissions)
Location
This position is based in our Denver, CO office. We are currently in a flexible hybrid in-office/remote working model based on business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work from our Denver, CO office a few days a week.
