About the Role:
The Assistant Manager / Manager - Business Development will be responsible to visit and manage the new sales from Tier 2 and 3 accounts and generate sales for the branch assigned and provide excellent customer service to existing and new clients.
The person will report to the Branch Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
Business Development (Sales)
Visit and manage the new sales from Tier 2 and 3 accounts
Get business as per the approved business plan of the branch through various sources
Responsible for sales promotion activities in the assigned territory
Ensure all Sales KPIs are achieved month on month
Identify and follow-up with prospective customers and respond to enquiry calls within specific time period
Maximize conversion of enquiries into orders
Ensure renewals in line with Company Expectations
Keep a close eye on the developments & business opportunities in the assigned territory
Customer Service
Ensure the quality of service delivery
Maintain good liaison with the customers
Prepare reports & submit the same on time to the customers
Attend complaints & participate in logically concluding them along with Operations and Back office whenever required
Conduct detailed inspection/ SRA at client's site
Prepare quotations for the customers through the system
Give report of customer feedback to Branch Manager and collection of Appreciation Letter from RBU/CBU customers

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:
Any Graduate (Any stream)
Sales experience of a minimum of 2 years in Field B2B Sales, preferred in Corporate Sales
Requirements

Good Communication in English
