The Manager-Business critical Projects is crucial in supporting and advising the Project Management team for successful implementation and execution of identified major Capital projects to enable sustainable mining and milling operations.

Ability to direct mine planning, driving innovation and continuous improvement in underground mining operations.
Ability to direct mine planning, driving innovation and continuous improvement in underground mining operations required to safeguard and use financial resources effectively and economically.
The ability to oversee, check, and validate that all activities and deliverables are accomplished at the desired level of excellence that provides confidence to all stakeholders that the organization’s goals and objectives are being achieved and compliance with all regulatory, internal, and external stakeholder’s requirements is being maintained.
Ability to supervise the contractor’s performance by consistently monitoring the actual work done and assessing their consistency with service level agreements
Ability to identify, analyze, evaluate, and deal with risks relative to the achievement of goals and targets of the organization
Develop the skills and abilities of team members in a high performing environment and lead team to deliver outstanding results with an owner’s mind-set.

Degree in Project Management or equivalent
With more than 10 years’ experience in a leadership role as project execution expert
Proven track record in successful implementation of Capital projects
knowledgeable in Project Management Standards & Mine Safety Standards
