About Team

The Insider team is responsible for Myntra’s most loyal customers - Myntra Insiders. The team focuses on driving the most delightful, engaging and rewarding experience for this cohort 

 

Roles & Responsibilities

Broad responsibilities will include:

  • Ownership of end to end Insider cohort experience

  • Conceptualize and drive strategic and tactical initiatives along with cross functional teams to enhance Insider customer experience

  • Measurement and Monitoring the program metrics to enable decision making for Insider program

 

Skills & Experience

  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with high degree of ownership, self starter and ability to work in ambiguity

  • 3-4 years of experience as Program management in the E-Commerce domain or loyalty program experience would be preferred.

  • Efficient project management skills. Should have demonstrated the ability to work independently in a highly demanding environment with strict deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail and comfortable handling multiple projects.

  • Distinctive stakeholder management, influencing skills to build and manage a complex ecosystem of internal and external partners
  • Good communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
