Your opportunity

As Manager, Accounting & Controlling, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our global financial operations scale and evolve. We are looking for someone on an interim basis, with the possibility of extension or even a permanent opportunity based on business need. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment, enjoys simplifying complexity, and sees opportunity in building modern, tech-enabled controlling and accounting operations that grow with the business. Responsibilities are as follows:

• Oversee our financial processes and reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy, predictability, and clarity for business partners
• Strengthen the global financial policies, governance, and internal control standards so they scale with us
• Support the Accounting & Consolidations team
• Own the Internal Control System update and implement a control review cycle
• Lead the implementation of a Financial Close Management tool
• Act as a trusted counterpart to auditors and external partners, ensuring we stay compliant while keeping things practical
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements, helping us move from manual work to smarter, automated ways of operating
• Take ownership of key finance projects, from system integrations to automation initiatives, ensuring they land smoothly and deliver real value
• Collaborate closely with leaders across Accounts Payable, Revenue & OTC, Tax, Treasury & Governance, and Payroll to keep financial operations aligned and reliable
• Identify and implement opportunities that help the team work more efficiently and sustainably
• Champion the adoption of tools and technology that elevate how we run Finance

About you

• An experienced finance leader with broad exposure across financial operations, including areas such as accounting, consolidation, tax (direct & indirect) & treasury
• Education in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; additional certifications such as ACCA/CPA are a plus
• Good understanding of tax and transfer pricing
• Skilled at leading, empowering and developing teams
• Experienced in steering ERP and financial-system transformations. Hands-on experience with NetSuite and a Financial Close Management platform is advantageous
• Comfortable working with international reporting frameworks and applying them in practical, scalable ways
• Motivated by simplifying processes, reducing manual work, and using technology to make things better
• Ideally familiar with the pace and mindset of high-growth tech or SaaS environments
• Organized, proactive, and able to zoom out to the big picture while still staying close to the details
• A clear and confident communicator in English
• Willingness to go beyond your role, your team and (sometimes) your comfort zone to make a cross-functional impact on the business
