About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially driven Manager of Account Management to own end-to-end management of sponsor and CRO partnerships across our IBD, broader GI, and hepatology portfolio. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, site operations, and sponsor partnerships. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will serve as the primary internal point of contact for active opportunities and sponsor engagements, ensuring seamless execution from initial engagement through contract finalization. You will own the processes, metrics, and relationships that keep our commercial pipeline progressing — and ultimately help bring new therapies to patients faster.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end internal management of sponsor opportunities from initial engagement through contract execution, serving as the primary internal point of contact
  • Lead the cross-functional scoping and pricing process for new and existing sponsor opportunities
  • Keep the commercial pipeline organized and visible by maintaining up-to-date reporting on opportunity status and next steps
  • Support the Director of Business Development in sponsor interactions, including preparing materials, proposals, and ensuring high-quality execution in key meetings
  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and improve internal processes to accelerate timelines and enhance the sponsor experience

Required Qualifications

  • 4–7+ years of experience in life sciences, clinical trials, business development, or enterprise partnerships
  • Experience managing end-to-end commercial processes, from scoping and pricing through contract execution
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with a track record of working effectively across clinical, operations, and legal teams
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deals and workstreams simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in gastroenterology, hepatology, or adjacent therapeutic areas
  • Deep understanding of the clinical trials landscape
  • Advanced degree in healthcare or business (MBA, MPH, or equivalent)
New York pay range
$100,000$140,000 USD
