What you'll do:

  • Design and adapt visual assets for real campaigns across digital and offline channels (E-commerce banners, Landing pages, in-store and marketing materials
  • Turn briefs into clear, engaging layouts that highlight promotions, key selling points, and brand CI
  • Collaborate with Marketing, and internal teams to bring campaign ideas to life
  • Prepare production-ready files for digital (Web-ready) and print (CMYK, Bleed), with team guidance
  • Revise designs based on feedback and learn real-world workflows from concept to launch

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or 0-2 years of experiences
  • Confident user of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (Figma is a plus)
  • Curious about digital design, E-commerce, and how marketing campaigns work
  • Strong sense of layout, color, typography, and visual details
  • Open to feedback, eager to learn, and motivated to improve everyday
  • Comfortable using new tools, including AI, to support creative ideas
  • A collaborative team plater with positive mindset
