1. Team Collaboration & Mentorship
- Work with and support a team of management systems analysts to achieve project objectives, professional growth, and successful certification/re-certification outcomes.
- Assist in allocation of resources and responsibilities for efficient project execution.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their ability to deliver audits, implementations, and training.
- Contribute to fostering a collaborative, quality-focused, and client-oriented culture within the consulting team.
2. Client Engagement & Project Delivery
- Support client engagements, building strong relationships and trust.
- Oversee multiple consulting projects, including gap assessments, process design, documentation, internal audits, external audits, certification, and re-certification preparation.
- Ensure deliverables meet internal quality standards, client expectations, and requirements for ISO and other industry standard certifications.
- Provide strategic advisory support to clients on process optimization, risk management, and continual improvement.
3. Management Systems & Domain Expertise
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of management system standards and frameworks, including the ISOs listed below and other best-practice frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, PRINCE2, etc.).
- Demonstrable experience in five or more of the following domains/practices: Business Advisory, Service Management, Business Continuity, Information Security, Project Management, Business Analysis, Enterprise Architecture, ISO Standards and other best-practice frameworks.
- Ability to conduct training in at least three of these domains, supporting client knowledge transfer and internal capacity building.
4. Operational Excellence & Audit Support
- Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, project reports, and dashboards to track progress and identify risks.
- Oversee audit, and certification/re-certification assessments, ensuring findings are addressed and corrective actions implemented.
- Ensure accurate documentation of consulting activities, audit evidence, and client communications.
- Contribute to business development by assisting with technical content, proposals, and presentations for potential clients.
5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Provide regular updates to Senior Management on project performance, audit findings, certification progress, and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify areas for internal process improvements and support initiatives to enhance consulting efficiency and effectiveness.
- Promote knowledge sharing, lessons learned, and capability building across projects and teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in management systems consulting or related professional services.
- Proven record of working on multiple management consulting engagements and achieving measurable business results.
- Professional certifications in ISO management systems (e.g., Lead Auditor, Lead Implementer) and demonstrable knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 10002, ISO 14001, ISO 14005, ISO 14064 / 14067, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 27002, ISO 27005, ISO 27701, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO/IEC 38500, ISO 22301, ISO 22313, ISO 31000, ISO 22000, ISO 22005, ISO 50001, ISO 50003.
- Experience in supporting, mentoring, or coordinating team members is desirable.
