As the MIS (Management Information System) Manager, you will be responsible for managing the IT requirements of five companies, namely Actionlabs, Infoworx, PCWorx, Claritrade, and WizardWorx. You will lead the IT and Systems Department, ensure smooth operations of company computers and IT infrastructure, and supervise the members of the MIS Department. You will also evaluate computer and technological needs, recommend acquisition of computers and other information systems and applications, plan and oversee installation of applications and information security measures, and analyze and evaluate existing computer systems and other forms of technology. Additionally, you will stay up to date with field advancements, collaborate with other professionals in IT systems development, and enforce and monitor compliance with company policies on the use of computers, internet, and data. You will report to the upper management and manage and supervise the MIS Officer and Supervisor.

internet, and data.
1.10 Prepare and present IT and system reports to the management.
1.11 Recruit, hire and train as well as supervise the MIS team members.
1.12 Implement, establish, and manage disaster recovery and business continuity plan.
1.13 Manage and supervise the MIS Officer and Supervisor.
