Management consultants within Transport & Logistics - Stockholm

We are looking for passionate and ambitious individuals to join our Stockholm office, at the heart of one of the world’s most innovative transport markets. As part of PA Consulting’s global transport team, you will work primarily across the Nordic region on groundbreaking projects for clients in transport and infrastructure.

We are seeing a rapidly growing demand for our services across the entire transport sector in Sweden and the Nordics. Our clients include authorities, public transport operators, major logistics companies, and technology firms. You will have the opportunity to contribute to large-scale transformations and complex programmes, helping to shape the future of mobility and logistics.

Transport is one of PA’s largest sectors internationally, and by joining us you will access unparalleled knowledge and development opportunities and work with the leading transport organisations in Sweden and Nordics.

Key focus areas include logistics, publicly funded public transport and infrastructure, and the ongoing development of transport systems through digitalisation and new technologies. Examples of our work include:

• Leveraging digitalisation to streamline and enhance client operations, including developing new digital services in logistics
• Improving operational performance in logistics operations
• Developing an operating model for successfully managing a large transport infrastructure project
• Improving passenger experience for transport operators
• Preparing competitive tenders for major public transport and infrastructure projects

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience from the logistics industry and also welcome those who have worked with:

• Previous experience in management consulting, preferably within the transport or logistics sector
• Proven track record in project management, especially in large-scale transformation projects
• Background in business and operational development in mobility, public transport, or logistics
• Experience with partnership projects between public authorities and private companies
• Strong academic credentials with excellent results
