This Role:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Management Associate to join our Technical Services team. This role is designed to provide direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making while supporting high-impact projects across multiple functions. You will work closely with the Head of Technical Services, and leadership team, gaining invaluable experience in business transformation, cross-functional collaboration, and executive-level operations.

Work Location: This is an 18-month placement based in Germany, with some travel required to other sites.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of Technical Services on strategic initiatives, operational priorities, and board-level projects.
• Coordinate and deliver cross-functional projects that drive growth, efficiency, and innovation.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Participate in key leadership meetings, ensuring actions and follow-ups are captured and progressed.
• Monitor business performance, analyse data, and provide insights to support informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with sales and account management teams to support new client onboarding and project launches.
• Act as a connector across teams, ensuring strong communication and alignment between local and global stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Strong academic record (First-class or Upper Second-class honours preferred).
• Background in business, strategy, consulting, or operations is desirable.
• Strong Power BI skills, including data modelling, dashboard creation, and reporting.
• Advanced Excel & ability to work with digital tools.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong data interpretation skills with the ability to turn insights into meaningful action.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of discretion and professionalism, with the ability to build trust across all levels.
• Valid visa or legal right to work in the EU/EEA.
• Valid EU Class B driving licence with a clean driving record

The following skills and experience would be an advantage:

• Experience working on cross-border or multinational projects.
• Knowledge of quality management standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Interest in business transformation, strategy, or entrepreneurship.
• Fluent in English; other languages (especially German, French, or Spanish) are a plus.
