As a practice team lead, you will provide oversight of a remote team, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery within our Managed Services practice. You will collaborate closely with different teams and employees, participate in pre-sales engagement and demos while driving excellence.
Primary Responsibilities
Engage in requirements gathering, analyze business processes, and provide recommendations and solutions to clients
Lead architecture and design new IAM solutions across multiple IAM technologies and functional areas
Lead architecture and design of new IAM programs
Lead capacity planning, logical and physical architecture design, hardware requirements definition, availability and continuity discussions
Lead IAM technology assessments and health checks
Lead IAM Program and roadmap development
Communicate IAM program strategy and success to executive management
Installation, Integration, Configuration, and Deployment of IAM solutions
Develop and perform testing for IAM solutions
Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support as necessary
Maintain multiple environments following coding best practices and SDLC
Troubleshoot and maintain IAM solutions including product support
Remain current on IAM and IAM market trends, tools, methodologies, and best practices
Communicate status including timely reporting and escalation of issues and risks
Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Ability to work in a team settings and multi-task environment
Author technical documentation
Perform other duties as assigned
Sales Responsibilities
Develop LOE's
Lead sales and scoping calls
Lead in presales demos and POCs
Create sales and marketing material
Contribute to RFP responses
Assist in proposal and SOW creation/review
Deliver presales workshops and assessments
Management Responsibilities
Interview prospective candidates
Manage practice of individual contributors
Participate in performance evaluation and discipline processes for subordinates
Work with resourcing for project staffing
Provide resourcing forecast and utilization variance justifications
Provide project oversight, guidance, and issues escalation
Create, assign, and manage practice bench projects
Assist in development of standard processes, documents, methodologies, etc. for practice
Assist in identification, vetting, and offering development of new IAM technologies
Assist in development and maintenance of internal lab and demo environment
Maintain vendor/partner relationships with key technology partners
Vet subcontractors for deployment on projects
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an IT-related field
IT certification a plus
5+ years of experience with IAM implementation/architecture
5+ years of experience in security consulting, security administration, and/or information technology
