  • Designed and enforced security controls to protect web applications and databases from internal and external threats.
  • Monitored security events, analyzed alerts, and conducted root-cause analysis to reduce false positives and improve detection accuracy.
  • Supported regulatory compliance initiatives including PCI DSS, SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA through monitoring, auditing, and reporting.
  • Applied core cybersecurity principles such as defense-in-depth, least privilege, and secure-by-design architectures.
  • Collaborated with application, infrastructure, cloud, and database teams to integrate security solutions into production environments.
  • Developed and maintained technical documentation, runbooks, and integration guides for security platforms and workflows.
  • Provided technical guidance and support to internal teams and customers on security best practices and platform usage.
