By nurturing founders through extensive focus on themselves, Reapra wants to support the learning transformation of individuals to manage the complexities of industry building and to work towards industry building for the betterment of society.

• Are deeply introspective. You have deep awareness and articulation of your inner thought processes and emotions related to your actions / reactions. You also want to spend time deeply understanding yourself and how you think, operate and learn. 
• Hold legal authorisations to set up a business in Malaysia. Individuals who are citizens or legal permanent residents of Malaysia and are legally allowed to set up a business in Malaysia
