✅ Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures to keep everyone safe
✅ Provide constructive feedback to teachers on lessons and student progress
✅ Adapt easily to different classrooms, subjects, and age groups as required

Requirements

Requirements:

✅ Previous experience working with children or young people (education, coaching, mentoring, or similar)
✅ Strong classroom management and communication skills
✅ A proactive and flexible approach to working in different school environments
✅ Ability to engage and motivate students
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
✅ Right to work in the UK
✅ Registration with the EWC (or willingness to register)
