Job Summary

Our Floating Maintenance Technician is a skilled worker who completes turnovers, work orders, and additional maintenance projects at any of our apartment buildings. By partnering with on-site teams to help them reach property goals and deadlines, the technician must travel as needed and independently complete work related to drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or HVAC.

Our properties span the Greater Pittsburgh area from Beaver to Greensburg, with most buildings located just outside the city of Pittsburgh. This position does not require on-call.

Requirements

• Complete an apartment turnover/make ready independently 
• Eligible to work in the United States 
• Valid driver’s license
• Personal and reliable mode of transportation
• Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
• Safely utilize power tools
• Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
