Maintenance Technician

TLDR

Support effective maintenance operations by developing preventive plans, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building standards in a dynamic office environment.

Develop and implement a preventive maintenance plan for the office facilities and equipment
Remain available to respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues and facility breakdowns
Establish and maintain maintenance policies and procedures for the company premises
Manage and monitor the maintenance budget and related expenses
Maintain accurate records of all preventive and corrective maintenance activities
Coordinate with external contractors and service providers when necessary
Ensure all maintenance work complies with company policies, safety regulations, and building standards
Support the smooth operation and upkeep of the office environment

Previous experience in facility maintenance, building maintenance, or property maintenance is preferred
Ability to handle a wide range of maintenance tasks (general repairs, equipment upkeep, contractor coordination, etc.)
Reliable, organized, and capable of working independently
Knowledge of safety practices and building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
Proficiency in English is required
