Maintenance Supervisor

Is responsible for coordinating and executing preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure the availability and reliability of industrial equipment in the plant. Directly supervises maintenance technicians and team leads, ensuring tasks are performed safely, with quality, and according to manufacturer standards. Promotes a culture of continuous improvement, compliance with technical KPIs, and adherence to safety and hygiene policies.

Requirements

1. Engineering in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, including experience as a technician or leader.
3. Flexibility to work across both day and night shifts as required by operational needs.
4. Experience supervising technical teams and applying performance indicators. Advanced English (minimum 80%).
5. Certification or knowledge in Six Sigma.
6. Knowledge in compliance with PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance). Knowledge and application of MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) metrics.
7. Ability in management and supervision of personnel.
