Monarch Investment & Management Group is actively and urgently hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our 228-unit apartment community in St. Cloud. This is a critical, immediate-need role and interviews are happening now.

We’re expanding and need a strong, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor immediately to support the property and lead the maintenance team. This role will be filled quickly.

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- On-call rotation: 1 week every 6 weeks
What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on leadership role:
- Complete and oversee work orders and apartment turns
- Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and carpentry
- Lead preventive maintenance programs
- Supervise, train, and support maintenance staff
- Maintain grounds and assist with snow removal
- Partner with the Property Manager on budgets and projects
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards
What We Need Right Now

4+ years of apartment or general maintenance experience
- Strong technical skills across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry

Prior supervisory experience required
- EPA certification preferred
- Boiler and CPO certifications a plus
- Ability to step in quickly and lead with confidence
