🛠️ What You’ll Do:
We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the charge in keeping our community running smoothly and our residents happy! This is a hands-on working role—you'll be diving into work orders, turns, grounds, snow removal, and more.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8 AM–5 PM
On-Call: 1 week every 2 weeks

✅ What You’ll Need:
- 2+ years of maintenance experience (1+ year in multi-family preferred)
- Supervisor experience managing 1+ employees
- EPA certification REQUIRED
- HVAC Certification REQUIRED
- CPO certification PREFERRED
