💵 Compensation & Perks:

$25.00–$29.00/hour (DOE)

Quarterly bonuses up to $1,000

$100 weekly on-call bonus

Full-time, year-round employment — no seasonal cutbacks

⏰ Schedule:
-
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- On-call rotation: 1 week every 6 weeks
👷♂️ What You’ll Do:
This is a hands-on leadership role—ideal for someone who likes being out in the field and leading by example. You will:
- Complete work orders and oversee unit turns
- Maintain property grounds & assist with snow removal
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances
- Partner with the Property Manager on budgeting and project planning
- Lead the community’s preventative maintenance program
- Support, train, and guide maintenance staff
✅ What We’re Looking For:

4+ years of general maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
- Strong skills in: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, appliances

Supervisory experience (led at least one technician)
- Budgeting or project planning experience a plus

EPA & Boiler certifications preferred

CPO certification preferred
