⏰ Schedule

🗓 Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM
-
🔄 On-Call Rotation: 1 week every 2 weeks
👷♂️ What You’ll Do:
This is a hands-on supervisor role — no clipboard managers here! You’ll lead by example and handle:

🧰 Work orders & unit turns

❄️ Snow removal & grounds upkeep
-
🔧 Electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC
✅ What We’re Looking For:
-
4+ years maintenance experience (🛠️ 2+ in multifamily preferred)

🔧 Skilled in all trades: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, etc.

👨🏭 Leadership experience (supervised at least 1 tech)

📈 Budget knowledge is a plus

🧯 EPA & HVAC Certification REQUIRED

🏊 CPO preferred (or willing to obtain)
