Role Summary:
This role focuses on developing work order packages, optimizing maintenance plans, and ensuring maximum equipment availability and workforce efficiency in a mining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop complete work order packages and manage material, labour availability, and delivery.
  • Plan and optimize repair and maintenance activities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Maximize equipment availability and maintenance worker productivity.
  • Create and modify work plans to ensure preventive and predictive maintenance efficiencies.
  • Manage backlog, reporting, and follow-up on maintenance activities.
  • Assist with bills of materials, equipment data, report preparation, and scheduling support.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

This role is a fly in fly out 2 week rotation with private charter flights out of Saskatoon and Prince Albert only.

Requirements

  • Valid Saskatchewan or interprovincial journeyperson trade certificate as an Electrician or Instrumentation Technologist (retirees considered).
  • Minimum of five years of maintenance planning experience in a mining environment.
  • CMRP, MMP, or AMP certification.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP PM, Work Management, and Master Data.
  • Proficient in MS Office products.
  • Experience with Prometheus EAM and SIGGA BRIZZO is an asset.
  • Must be able to complete pre-access training and substance testing prior to starting.
