Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing packaging/printing equipment to ensure optimal production and minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance on packaging/printing equipment, including conveyors, gluers, folders, presses, and palletizers.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
Inspect and test machinery for proper operation, identifying potential issues before they cause downtime.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records.
Work closely with production teams to ensure minimal disruption to manufacturing processes.
Order and maintain inventory of necessary spare parts and tools.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
