About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Maintenance Mechanics to join our manufacturing operations team in the UAE. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and reliable plant performance by maintaining and repairing production equipment across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on mechanical equipment and utilities.
  • Troubleshoot issues with pumps, conveyors, compressors, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems.
  • Support installation, alignment, and testing of new machinery and production lines.
  • Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules and record all work in maintenance logs.
  • Collaborate with engineers and production staff to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.
  • Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or ITI certification in Mechanical Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or plant maintenance environment.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems; basic electrical skills are a plus.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical manuals.
  • Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Basic understanding of Lean or TPM maintenance practices.
  • Proficiency with welding or fabrication is an advantage.

  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Shift Schedule: Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
  • Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor
